Appearance and Anti-corrosion Dispenser
The main body shall be surface-treated with zinc-nickel alloy plating; the remaining parts (fittings and end caps) shall, by default, be surface-galvanized. For special requirements, refer to the technical specifications in the associated drawings. The surface finish shall be uniform in color, smooth and bright, with no visible plating defects such as blistering, porosity, coarse grains, cracking, or localized areas without plating.
The distributor’s coating shall meet the 720-hour neutral salt spray test requirement and comply with the C3 and C4 corrosion protection classes specified in ISO 12944-2.

Oil outlet flow rate of the distributor
The oil outlet flow rate complies with the drawing requirements, with a deviation of 10%. The test oil used is VG46# lubricating oil, and the drive pump is an electric lubrication pump.
The distributor’s operating temperature range is -30°C to +60°C; Party B shall provide relevant test certificates.
Distributor Pressure Test
Maximum pressure
Under blockage conditions, the distributor is pressurized to 35 MPa and held at that pressure for 1 minute; the pressure drop shall be less than 10%.
Start-up pressure
When all ports are functioning normally, the start-up pressure shall be less than 1.5 MPa.
The distributor shall meet a 20-year fatigue service life, and Party B shall provide relevant test certificates.
