Integral single-line lubricator
Classification:
Details
Introduction:
The RET-type lubricator is a pressurized lubricator: it delivers lubricant when the system is pressurized and stores lubricant when the system is depressurized. It can be combined with a relief-type lubrication pump to form a single-line lubrication system. With its simple structure, it is stable and reliable, capable of simultaneously supplying lubricant to multiple points without the risk of one clogged lubrication point affecting the operation of others. It is widely used in construction machinery, wind power, machine tools, the steel industry, the food industry, vehicle chassis, and the oil and gas industry, among others.
Features:
Positive-displacement metering oiling ensures precise flow, a compact and space-saving design, and adaptability to various operating environments: pressurized oil delivery provides high outlet pressure, making it suitable for low-temperature applications and long-pipeline systems; a visual indicator rod allows real-time monitoring—extending during oiling and retracting when idle—so the oiling process can be continuously tracked; compared with FL and GL lubricators, this model offers superior pressure resistance and sealing performance.
