Pump core
The pump cartridge is available in two types: fixed-flow and adjustable-flow. The fixed-flow cartridge delivers a flow rate of 4 mL/min or 5 mL/min, while the adjustable-flow cartridge allows flow rates to be set within the range of 0.88 to 3.96 mL/min. A safety valve is installed on the pump cartridge, with a rated pressure of 35 MPa, ensuring the safe operation of the entire system.
Connecting Piping and Fittings
The connecting piping is used to convey lubricating grease and consists of a φ8.6 × 2.3 nylon-fiber-braided hose, which can withstand a working pressure of 40 MPa, offers a soft tactile feel, and is easy to install.
The connections are available in both ferrule-type and push-in types, constructed from high-quality alloy steel. They offer excellent sealing performance, reliable connections, and long service life.
Oil collection bottle
Designed for collecting waste cooking oil, available in three capacities: 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1000 ml; the bottle is made of transparent PCPE.
The fittings are made of high-strength carbon steel and are available in right-angle and straight-through configurations, with a variety of thread sizes ranging from M12×1 to M22×1.5.
