The Flexxpump series of direct-lubrication pumps is a next-generation lubrication product jointly developed by our company and Germany’s Triboserv. The core component—the pump unit—is manufactured in Germany. The system features an integrated, compact design that delivers outstanding performance and reliability, along with robust oil-line blockage and low-level alarm systems. It can accommodate up to five pump units and provides ten oil outlets, and has undergone rigorous professional testing by the German EMV institute.
This product delivers grease directly from the pump unit to the lubrication points, eliminating the need for a distributor. This reduces pressure loss across the distributor, thereby minimizing shear degradation of the grease. The direct-lubrication system features a novel design, reliable performance, compact size, low failure rate, and convenient control.
The Flexxpump series of direct-lubrication pumps is particularly well suited for applications with few lubrication points, low grease consumption, and stringent requirements regarding the installation environment and available space.
Features of the Flexxpump Series Direct-Lubrication Pumps
● Integrated modular design: each pump unit is independently configured, enabling both centralized system control and independent control of individual pump units.
● Can be configured with 1 to 5 pump units based on demand, serving 1 to 10 individual lubrication points; no further distribution via a distributor is required.
● Magnetic induction control switch, offering convenient and reliable operation;
● Dedicated grease bag design for easy replacement and lubrication, keeping the grease barrel clean and preventing contamination of other components;
●The base is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, ensuring the system is robust and reliable; the overall design is compact, refined, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing.
●This series of lubrication pumps is widely used in locomotives, construction machinery, and other applications.
