FLEXXPUMP404 Direct Lubrication Pump
The Flexxpump 404 direct-lubrication pump is a compact, low-flow grease pump with a maximum delivery pressure of 70 bar. It is ideally suited for lubrication points that require small lubricant volumes, have short piping runs, and are installed in confined spaces. The pump features 1 to 4 outlet ports, enabling simultaneous lubrication of two or more points, and its lubrication volume can be precisely controlled via the built-in control panel.
This product series is widely used in locomotives, construction machinery, and other equipment.
Product Features
● The lubrication pump features a compact, miniature design, with a small and elegant appearance for easy installation;
● The lubrication pump housing is made of high-strength aluminum, offering excellent water and dust resistance as well as high vibration resistance.
●The oil reservoir is made of transparent, high-strength plastic, allowing clear visibility of the oil level inside.
● Compatible with existing locomotive lubricants such as No. 3 lithium-based grease and Mobil SHC 100 high-temperature grease;
●The 70-bar oil pump can meet the lubrication requirements of existing locomotive auxiliary equipment with varying oil line lengths.
● Employs microcomputer chip control, featuring a simple operating interface and convenient timed, quantitative settings.
● A flashing warning will appear when the grease reservoir is empty; simply replace the reservoir.
