CH5The type I coating heater is an indirect electric heating, and a heat conductor with a special structure is used as a conduction heating medium. The coating passes through the body of the heated tube through a serpentine stainless steel coil with a length of 4 meters, which has a low surface heat load, thus overcoming the defects of the direct heater coating. The stainless steel pipe coating is used to avoid the danger caused by the direct heating of the electric heating tube. The heating pipe used in this machine is stainless steel, and the coating channel is corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, has long service life and stable performance.
