FD-N/W series inner and outer wall spraying robot is a fully automated spraying equipment developed by our company on the basis of years of experience in coating equipment manufacturing, coating construction and spraying process. This set of equipment is suitable for spraying the inner and outer walls of large tubular steel structures, and is more suitable for automatic spraying of cone-shaped steel structure wind turbine towers, especially with taper. After setting the tower parameters and spraying parameters, the one-time automatic spraying of the inner and outer wall paint can be realized. The full set of equipment uses an invention and four utility model patents. The explosion-proof control box meets the safety standards of the spray booth, and can be connected with the production MES system to realize human-computer interaction and on-site full remote control operation.
