GN-3A type coating machine is based on the GN-3 type of major improvements and design and manufacture, mainly in the pneumatic motor part of the use of gas reversing technology. The outstanding advantages of the machine are:
· The gas distribution reversing device is novel and unique, which will not cause the "dead point" failure of the reversing, nor will it stop due to the "adiabatic expansion" of the exhaust part, causing frost and freezing, and the gas distribution reversing action is sensitive and reliable.
· The gas distribution reversing device is fully pneumatic, which is completely different from other complex mechanical reversing devices. It will not have any mechanical failure and has a long service life. The gas distribution reversing device does not need frequent maintenance or frequent replacement. Sports wear parts, thereby reducing the workload of maintenance.
· The exhaust part is equipped with a muffler with simple structure, which is not easy to be blocked by dirt, and does not need to be cleaned frequently, which reduces exhaust noise and improves the working environment.
Each sealing part of the high-pressure system is a fully hydraulic self-sealing structure, which relies on its own hydraulic pressure for sealing and compression compensation, without frequent replacement and adjustment of the sealing ring and sealing ring clamping force.
· All force-bearing parts or motion friction parts are made of high-quality alloys or special materials, and have been reasonably treated to ensure safe and reliable use and long service life.
