●The glue supply system adopts the heated double-column lifting pressure plate rubber pump produced by our factory as the glue supply system: the machine has high pressure ratio and large flow rate, and is suitable for various high viscosity sealants.
Product features;
●The metering system is a gear pump system, which adopts an external gear pump with a single rotation displacement of 50CC, and the glue supply is stable and accurate. The gear pump inlet is equipped with a shut-off valve device, which can be used for instantaneous glue breaking treatment;
●The hose is a heating and temperature regulating hose, and the two ends adopt a flexible connection type, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, reliable in sealing, high in pressure resistance and light in weight;
● The imported automatic glue gun adopts a 360-degree rotating mechanism design (the hose does not change with the change of the position of the glue gun when the glue gun rotates), which can comprehensively solve the damage caused by the distortion of the hose and the friction with the robot caused by the change of the posture of the glue gun during the glue coating process;
