●The precise gear pump metering control system uses Siemens PLC to control the operation of the distribution valve and the gear pump unit, and at the same time collects and processes the real-time analog signals of the pressure sensors at the inlet and outlet of the gear pump, and controls the operation status and fault output of the glue gun accordingly;
●Using Siemens touch screen as the man-machine interface, the operating status of the distribution valve and gear metering pump unit can be presented on the touch screen in real time and intuitively. The operator can easily observe the working status of the system and modify the parameters at any time according to the working conditions to make the glue output of the distribution valve meet the product requirements;
