XYZ-G Type Thin-Oil Station
Classification:
Details
Introduction
This unit is primarily intended for use in dilute-oil circulating lubrication systems of mechanical equipment in industries such as cement, metallurgy, rolling, mining, energy, light industry, transportation, petrochemicals, and power generation. It delivers lubricating oil to friction points—including gears and bearings—in the main machine’s gearbox, providing friction reduction and cooling lubrication, ensuring reliable oil supply and lubrication quality, and thereby enabling continuous, normal operation of the main equipment. The working fluid is N220–N320 medium-load industrial gear oil or other types of mechanical lubricating oil.
This unit is composed of a dilute-oil lubrication station, an instrument panel, and an electrical control cabinet.
Overview
The XYZ-G type thin-oil station is suitable for thin-oil circulating lubrication systems in which the kinematic viscosity of the lubricant at 40°C ranges from 22 to 320 eSt (equivalent to ISO VG 22 to 320); for example, it is used for thin-oil lubrication of mechanical equipment in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, energy, transportation, light industry, and chemical engineering.
The lubricating oil station shall maintain an oil supply pressure of no more than 0.4 MPa and an oil supply temperature of 40 ± 3°C; the filtration accuracy shall be 0.08 to 0.12 mm; the cooling water temperature shall not exceed 30°C, with a cooling water pressure of 0.2 to 0.3 MPa; the inlet oil temperature to the heat exchanger shall be approximately 50°C, with a temperature drop of no more than 8°C; when steam is used for oil heating, the steam pressure shall be 0.2 to 0.4 MPa.
Structural Features
● A standby oil pump is provided to ensure continuous oil supply to the lubrication points;
● Placing the filter upstream of the cooler can enhance filtration capacity and accommodate lubricants with higher viscosity.
● A dual-cartridge filter is used, allowing for seamless switchover to the standby cartridge without shutting down the system; the in-service cartridge can then be removed for cleaning or replacement.
● A shell-and-tube oil cooler is employed, offering excellent cooling performance, low pressure drop, and ease of maintenance;
● The return oil line is equipped with magnetic filtration to adsorb and remove ferrous debris from the oil pump, thereby ensuring oil cleanliness.
● Equipped with a dashboard and an electrical control cabinet for convenient monitoring of operating parameters, as well as for implementing automatic control and fault alarms.

The company’s thin-oil lubrication and cooling equipment can be custom-developed to meet specific user requirements, with tailored lubrication and lubrication-cooling systems designed for various industries. To date, these solutions have been successfully deployed in a wide range of applications, including wind-turbine gearboxes, wastewater treatment equipment, locomotive gearboxes, marine gearboxes, and more.
