Details
Centralized thin-oil lubrication systems are widely used in modern machinery and equipment because they can deliver lubricant at sufficient pressure, ensuring that numerous and widely dispersed lubrication points are promptly lubricated while simultaneously dissipating frictional heat.
Metallic wear particles and other mechanical contaminants on the friction surfaces are carried away and thoroughly flushed out by the circulating oil, thereby achieving effective lubrication, reducing friction, minimizing wear and component consumption, lowering power consumption, and extending service life. The dilute-oil lubrication system primarily consists of a gear pump, a heat exchanger, and a water pump, among other components.
Thin-oil lubrication systems are widely used in industries such as wind power, petroleum, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, electric power, grain and oil processing, food processing, healthcare, building materials, metallurgy, and defense-related research.
