Company and UFIDA software sales contract dispute reached mediation

On July 6, 2011, our company signed a "PLM Project Business Contract" with Chongqing UFIDA Software Co., Ltd., agreeing to implement the "Product Life Cycle Management Software" project for our company with a contract amount of 223200 yuan. After the contract was signed, our company paid 86700 yuan, but the products designed by UFIDA did not meet the requirements of the technical agreement signed by both parties. The relevant departments of our company contacted UFIDA software company many times, but the negotiation failed.

The legal affairs department of the company has done a lot of work and negotiated and communicated with ufida software company for many times. finally, both parties agreed to terminate the contract, and ufida company returned 86700 yuan paid by our company and 20800 yuan lost in capital occupation, and reached a mediation agreement. At present, the contract dispute has been satisfactorily resolved.
