Recently, the case of land lease contract dispute between our company and Chongqing Wanzhou Tianzi Suit Co., Ltd. received the first instance judgment of Wanzhou District people's Court. It is judged that Tianzi Suit Company will return 0.45 mu of land located at 123 Tiancheng Avenue, Wanzhou District to our company within 30 days after the judgment comes into effect, and compensate for the loss of related interests of 17500 yuan and the loss of capital interest, and the expected land rent and corresponding capital interest loss from January 20, 2015 to the date of return of the land.

Our company signed a "Land Lease Contract" with Tianzi Suit Company on January 12, 2005, stipulating that Tianzi Suit Company will lease 0.45 mu of land of our company for a period of 3 years with an annual rent of 2500 yuan. After the expiration of the 3-year lease, Tianzi Suit Company continues to occupy the leased land and has repeatedly refused to pay the rent after our company's repeated reminders. The legal department of our company sued to Wanzhou District Court in March 2015. After several hearings, the court made the above judgment. At present, the judgment has entered into force and is about to enter the implementation phase. The company once again used legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
