The company's new DSP0326 quick-setting spraying equipment has achieved initial results

On August 24, in order to verify the company's newly developed quick-setting spraying equipment, the sales, technology, logistics and other departments of Changjiang Science and Technology Company conducted a spraying demonstration on the roof of the company's garage.

This demonstration chose DSP0326 (electric version of quick-setting spraying equipment), which is the latest product designed by Changjiang Science and Technology Company. The model uses a new diaphragm pump, flow, pressure in line with two-component quick-setting coating spraying requirements, the structure of the word frame, so that the overall shape of the equipment is more reasonable, light. This model also uses 220V 3 kW motor (5.5HP internal combustion engine optional) as power to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Early in the morning, the staff made preliminary preparations for the equipment: connecting the suction pipe, the return pipe, the discharge pipe (30 m for a single pipe), the spray gun and the nozzle, mixing and stirring the \B component paint, and circulating cleaning the pump with gasoline to avoid contamination of the component paint by pollutants. After all preparations are completed, start the equipment, and the operator will spray paint on the sample for trial. After a few minutes, the sample plate will pass the inspection. The operator starts the large area spraying operation.

The whole spraying demonstration was completed in one go. All the indexes such as operation time, spraying area and film thickness, equipment operation, etc. all met the technical requirements. In the middle, the machine was deliberately shut down to check the equipment performance.

Through this spraying demonstration, the performance of the two-component quick-setting spraying equipment of Changjiang Science and Technology Company is verified, and the pressure, flow and equipment performance can meet the construction requirements.
