In July 2013, our company received a lawyer's letter from a company in Beijing, informing us that products such as electronic matching two-component products infringed a utility model patent of "spraying equipment" of the company, and demanded to immediately stop the production and sale of all infringement acts of this series of products, otherwise they will be investigated for legal responsibility.

If the other party's patent is legal and valid, it means that our company can no longer produce electronic matching two-component series, precise matching series and other spraying equipment products that represent the leading domestic technology and are creating value for our company, and may even lead to the future can not continue to produce spraying equipment.

In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our company, the company entrusted a patent agency to submit a request to the Patent Reexamination Board of the State Intellectual Property Office in September 2013 that all utility model patents of a company's "spraying equipment" were invalid.

Repeated studies by the company's enterprise management office, technology center and other relevant departments have provided relevant evidence for the lack of novelty and creativity of the patent, and jointly submitted a statement of opinions with the patent agency. After several court investigations, the Patent Reexamination Board adopted the facts and reasons stated by our company, and made a decision in October 2014 to declare all utility model patents for "spraying equipment" of a company invalid.
