The joint line uses adhesive to bond the body 6 blocks into the body assembly and fasten them with connecting bolts. Using manual glue gun glue and robot automatic glue coating two ways, glue coating equipment using a 1:1 ratio glue coating equipment and PLC control of the gear pump precise metering system. The technical difficulty of this project is that the amount of glue produced during the automatic gluing process changes continuously with the speed of the robot, which is a challenging technical difficulty.
