The water-based graphite lubrication automatic coating system developed by Changjiang coating company for Taiyuan heavy industry has been debugged in the factory after nearly two months of design, processing and assembly, and will be sent to the user's production site. If manual spraying is used, the working environment temperature is high, the labor intensity is high, the graphite waste is serious, and the spraying layer is uneven, which seriously affects the product quality. Therefore, the spraying system is demonstrated by the scheme of Changjiang Coating Company, and is composed of high-pressure airless spraying machine, automatic spray gun, coating barrel, air-driven agitator, coating filter, pipeline, electric telescopic sliding table, spray gun rotary telescopic mechanism, control system, etc., and its performance can reach the advanced level of the same industry in China.

The technical difficulties of the system are: water-based graphite precipitation in the channel between the spray gun and the nozzle section and inside the spraying system when the spraying is stopped; spraying the inner bottom surface and inner circumferential surface of the concave cavity; spraying the lower outer end surface of the pressure head. The telescopic rod moves in the direction of the center line of the press to spray the lower outer end surface of the punch.
